Mr Subodh Jain is renowned Railway Engineer. After his graduation from IIT Roorkee in 1974, he worked in several organisations and superannuated from Railways at the top position of Member Engineering & Ex officio Secretary to Government of India. His noteworthy assignments has been projects in Iraq, Algeria and Nepal while on deputation to IRCON INTERNATIONAL LTD, Executive Director Delhi metro, Divisional Railway Manager Bhopal and General Manager Central Railway. After retirement in 2014 he has been guest professor to IIT Gandhinagar, Guest faculty at TERI School of Advanced Studies. At present he is Consultant to IIT ROORKEE, Technical advisor to Maha metro, Adviser to GMR and Bajaj power.
