As an academician he was Dean Development for Jaipuria Institute of Management (for all four campuses). Dr. Tripathi is an alumnus of Wharton University he is PGDM from IMT Ghaziabad and Ph.D from TAPMI School of Business. He possesses various certificate courses from NUS and Nanyang Technical University, Singapore.
With his key competency areas such as Culture Building, Talent Management of multinational workforce, Employee Engagement, institutionalization of Balanced Scorecard systems, and Organizational Restructuring, Dr. Tripathi has been at the helm of integrating organizations through corporate HR strategy.
He is known for his innovative HR practices and has received multiple awards for the same. Dr. Tripathi is highly regarded as a coach, mentor, and a very approachable leader. He has done consulting for corporates and governments in the area of Talent Management.
